OIALLA IS PURE, WILD AND ORGANIC
Oialla chocolate is made of wild, organic beans from cocoa trees growing in the jungle of Bolivia. Oialla is chocolate in the purest imaginable form and the produce is controlled all the way from bean to bar.
The chocolate is supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the production of Oialla has contributed to improvement of education of the indigenous population in the area of the Bolivian jungle, where the Beniano beans used for Oialla grow.
The man behind Oialla is the acknowledged Danish chef and chocolatier Rasmus Bo Bojesen.
Oialla has won several prizes, amongst other the silver award at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in Britain.
Oialla is sold in three versions: a 46% milk chocolate, and 72% and 78% – both dark.
