Everything is handmade! Chocolate tastes best when it is completely fresh. This is not about mass production. Synthetic additives and flavour enhancers are naturally taboo here.

During the past 10 years I have been working with handmade chocolate at different places. Here and there, during off-hours – I have had the opportunity to work with the best quality raw materials to create my own style and taste in chocolate. I spend a lot of time selecting my raw materials right from the chocolate beans to the honey, champagne, nuts etc.
By combining an uncompromising attitude with simplicity I create sophisticated tasting experiences.
