Nyholmgaard Vin

Quality wine with passion and enthusiasm! Quality wines even though ‘produced’ in Denmark.

But give it a try and you will be positively surprised.

The winery is, of course, subject to checks by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

The vineyard: An area of 4.5 hectares (11 acres) has been planted on a south-facing slope.

The main part – approximately 65% – consists of white grapes of the Solaris, Ortega, Orion, Villaris and Mertzling varieties.

The remainder has been planted with dark-skinned varieties – Cabernet Cortis, Leon Millot and Rondo.

The entire vineyard is enclosed by wildlife fencing. A shelterbelt has been planted around the entire area, as well as across the area. The vineyard is thus divided into four plots.
