La Cabra Coffee is a rostery in Aarhus, Denmark. We feel fortunate to live in a time where the coffee cherry, like never before, is being praised for it’s unique, innate qualities and complexities.
By sourcing and roasting some of the finest and cleanest coffees available to us, we are contributing to the highest quality of craftsmanship in the specialty coffee market.

Pinheirnho – 250g
Lilica is the third generation to manage the Pinheirinho farm, which was inherited from his father. This lot was produced from a selective picking project wherein the tradition of mechanically stripping coffee cherries off the branches of the trees were dismissed in favour of hand-picking selectively mature, fully ripened cherries. We are excited about the long-term possibilities in working with Lilica. Konga – 250g
Ethiopia is know as the birthplace of coffee. The varaieties are referred to collectively as Ethiopian Heirloom. Most coffees are organic by default. Yirgacheffe is known for its clean, floral and acidity-driven washed coffees. The Konga Coop has a very well organized washing station in the heart of Yirgacheffe and it is considered as one of the most successful cooperatives in the area. La Cabra has sourced this coffee based on it’s unique flavor profile and standout cup quality. The Kiangoi wet mill is part of the Rungeto farmer’s co-op society in Kirinyaga. Kirinyaga encompasses high elevations between 1600-1800 meters above sea level andis know for coffees with intense, complex, and flavor-dense cup profiles. Granitos – 170g
Granitos de Ortiz is owned by Omar Calderon. It’s planted with manly Catuai and Caturra variety and the elevation helps to provide the ideal climate for the plants growth. This specific lot is produced from trees of the rare Ethiopia-de-rived botanical variety GeIsha. With it’s generally elongated beans and distinctive floral and Earl grey tea cup, the Geisha variety continues to distinguish itself as one of the world’s most unique coffees.
